Zutec were appointed to this project to provide an online space for consultants and contractors to upload their Digital Operations & Maintenance Manuals on Holland Park Villas.
Once the documents had been accepted by the contractor as complete, they were then uploaded to the Zutec platform. The contractor ensured that the documents on Zutec are as built (AB). The client agent was then requested to review the information on behalf of the client to ensure it is all correct. This process continued throughout the life time of the project until practical completion (PC) is achieved.
The Digital Operations & Maintenance Manuals were then handed over to the client at the end of the project with all the necessary handover information, reviewed and accepted by all parties. The client had full access to the Zutec platform throughout the defect liability period.
