Procurement of Zutec CDE solutions by RKD aimed to streamline the Document collaboration with vendors during the Pre-Construction Stage. The primary application of the Zutec platform was to collate and issue Tender packages and associated addendums to facilitate tendering. As part of tendering queries, all contractors collaborated with the client using the Zutec RFI module. Analytics from the RFI module helped to address contractors queries promptly ensuring queries were responded on time. The Zutec tools also facilitated meeting minutes and action items to be recorded and tracked for closure.
