Project Outline

Zutec will be providing its Digital Health & Safety File / Operation & Maintenance Manual collaboration solution to allow the various Main Contractors appointed by the developer to deliver their handover information in digital format.

This will provide the developer with repeatable and predictable results, allowing them to manage their built assets effectively from day one.

The developer will also be utilising Zutec’s digital site observation management solution, allowing their representatives to capture snags, defects and other site observations directly in the field with mobile and tablet devices. Providing one centralised portal for the capture, collation, dissemination and close-out of all quality aspects of their projects.
